CUMULI (Edition of 3)

“I lifted this image from the familiar ice storage freezers that can still be found in parking lots outside of convenience stores across North America. The white and blue puffy symbol sits atop the letter ‘I’ in the word ICE. I have occasionally noticed this sign during my daily commute across the city and also during road trips further afield. Its floating cartoon signifier has been looking at me for a long time. It has always reminded me of a cloud and it makes me think about the weather, as both a topic of daily conversation and as a source of undeniable information.”
